Everything isn't always black and white. Sometimes there is a gray area (example) a shelf that will support a microwave to create more counter space. Wooden steps that are loose because the nails are rotted. Cleaning gutters, fixing a leaning mailbox, or assembling a swing set for the kids. All of these projects require special tools that the average person wouldn't own
